Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and BRP (BlueRedPolarity), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea (business registration no. 511-32-01572), which operates Ideadraw at ideadraw.app. By using Ideadraw you agree to them.
1. The service
Ideadraw is an editor for text, Markdown, mind maps, diagrams and database ERDs. You can use it without an account, in which case your documents stay in your browser. If you sign in, you can save documents to our cloud storage.
Ideadraw is in early access. Features may change, and we may add, change or remove features at any time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.
- Keep access to your email or Google account safe. Anyone who can sign in to it can sign in to your Ideadraw account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the account menu in the editor.
3. Your content
You own the documents you create. You give us permission to store, copy and transmit them only as needed to run the service for you (for example, to save them and show them on your devices). We do not claim any other rights to your content.
You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to it. Keep your own copies of important documents. We work to keep your data safe, but we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Ideadraw to:
- store or share content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights;
- distribute malware, or attack, probe or overload the service;
- send spam or abuse the sign-in email system;
- get around limits or security measures, or access other users' data.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable we will tell you first and let you download your documents.
5. Price and future paid plans
Ideadraw is currently free. We plan to offer paid plans (for example with more cloud storage) in the future. We will tell signed-in users before any paid plan or limit applies to them, and nothing will be charged without your explicit purchase. Individual files are currently limited to 25 MB.
6. Disclaimer
Ideadraw is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Ideadraw. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Ideadraw at any time. If we ever shut the service down, we will give signed-in users at least 30 days' notice so they can download their documents.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and notify signed-in users of significant changes. If you keep using Ideadraw after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the Seoul Central District Court, unless the mandatory laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
